The apartment is at 16.38㎡. Sounds very compacted but got everything prepared, and enough for 1 person staying.

The same pattern of the wooden-flooring as the living/bedroom is used in the kitchen as well, to impart a sense of unity to interiors.

The bathroom is combined with toilet. The washstand is set in the bathroom. You will have everything set within the distance of where your hand can reach. No unessarry space is left.

The apartment is available with 1 burner induction stove. Best for who sometimes wants to cook a pot of soup.

1 closet is set in the apartment, which is with enough height to put your long coats.

Building information

The apartment is in a residential area located at 6 min on foot from "Hachonawate station" and 9 min on foot from "Kawasaki station". Though it is in a residentail area, there are still lots of restaurants around, and as you will definitely walk by the most bustling area of Kawasaki while going to the apartment, you will never get bored with exploring new Izakaya (Japanese bar) around.

There are a few convenience stores around the apartment. If you are in a mood of having a beer in the midnight, never hesitate to go out. Also, the supermarket "My Basket" is at around 30 sec on foot from the apartment, and opened from 7 am - 12 am every day!

The building itself is not very new, and there is no automatic lock available in the entrance, but I like to mention that there are elementary school and kindergartens around, which brings a feeling of safe and secure.
