Located at 2 min on foot in the residential area from "Bakuroyokoyama station".

A few convenience stores are located at like 1 or 2 min walk away from the apartment. So, there will be no needed for you to worry about food, snacks or even beer. A supermarket can be found within 5 min on foot from the apartment. If you found the beer in convenience stores too expensive, go to the supermarket.

One of the advantages of staying close to the station is that you can basically find anything you want around the apartment. If you want to work out, go to the gyms. If you want to find delicious restaurants, you will find a lot.

Also, as there are few different train and subway lines going through the area, you can easily access both Tokyo, Shinjuku, Asakusa.
