Located 7 mins on foot from “Kuramae Station” using the “Oedo Line”. The apartment has a nice memorable green look to it! “Ryogoku Sumo Hall” where you can see amazing Sumo wrestling is within the 15 min walking distance.

There is the “Tokyo Origami Museum” within 5 min of walking distance. You can see the traditional Japanese Origami art here.

Grocery store “Samito Store” is open until midnight, convenience store in within the 10 seconds of the apartment.

The room is bright with sunlight because it has two windows. Automatic lock is available in the entrance of the building, which brings safe and security. Also, Delivery box is available. If you buy anything from the Internet, and when you are not at home, the postman will put your package inside. The toilet even has a bidet!! And of cause has Wi-Fi. On rainy days when you can’t dry your clothes outside you can always use the dehumidifier in the shower room, so no worries!

Building information

The apartment is at a 25.56㎡. Standard apartment size. Compacted but got everything prepared. The room is beautiful with a light brown wood based white finish to it. The closet is rather big, you can find a lot of your belonging here.

Surprisingly, the kitchen space is so lovely and spacious. The clean looking kitchen with 2 burners allows you to make meals comfortably from breakfast to dinner and late-night snacks. There is even working space where you can put some kitchen utensils and seasonings, which really is a big point.

The bathroom area is relatively spacious and even has a bath tub. The washstand is made in a beautiful and sophisticated rounded style.

Also, the advanced toilet seat is set in the apartment. If you haven't tried it before, try and you will definitely love the bidet.
