Having 25.58㎡, the apartment is relatively spacious than most of the Japanese studio apartments. You will get space to do yoga even stretch before going to bed.

The kitchen is very spacious and available with a 2 burner gas stove. You can have enough working space to put the cutting board and all of your seasoning, and dancing while making dishes (if you like, as there are just so many spaces!) While the apartment is furnished in brown, the kitchen is made in white. Big windows in the kitchen bring the sunshine in. I can imagine how delightful it will be to make breakfast on Sunday morning in the kitchen.

The bathroom is separated from the toilet, and the washstand is set in the bathroom. The toilet is set with an advanced toilet seat (bidet). If you haven't tried it before, please, you will love it.

A big closet is available in the apartment. You can put most of your personal belongings inside including large size suitcases!

Building information

Located 6 mins on foot from “Shibakouen Station” using the “Mita Line” and 7 mins on foot from “Hamamatsu Station” using the “JR Yamanote Line”. An automatic lock is available at the entrance of the building, which brings safe and secure. Also, a Delivery box is available. If you buy anything from the Internet, and when you are not at home, the postman will put your package inside. The toilet even has a bidet!! And of cause has Wi-Fi. On rainy days when you can’t dry your clothes outside you can always use the dehumidifier in the shower room, so no worries!

There are convenience stores in the 2 min walking distance. You can also find fast-food restaurants, “Gyudon” restaurants. There is no need for you to worry about getting hungry in the midnight! Or if you are someone who likes to cook for yourself, you can find grocery stores within 2 mins as well. The apartment is in a very livable area. You can even get your coffee every morning at “Turry’s coffee” located 1 min away from the apartment!

On weekends you can walk to “Shiba Park” and even see the famous “Tokyo Tower”. Or if your someone who loves hot baths, there the “Fureai No Yu” nearby the apartment where you can have a relaxing hot traditional Japanese bath.
