Located 4 mins on foot from "Tanmachi Station" on the "Tokyu Toyoko Line" and 4 mins on foot from "Kanagawa Station" on the "Keikyuu Main Line". There are several convenience stores and supermarkets nearby which open 24/7. And some fast-food shops are located nearby. So don't worry about starving at night! Kougaya Garden and Tanmachi Garden are located 4 mins and 3 mins respectively away from the apartment. You can do some exercise like jogging or just simply enjoy the fresh air! Automatic lock is available which brings safety and security. This is a no smoking room so do not worry about the last user leaving some bad smoking smell in the room! On rainy days when you cant dry your clothes you can always use the dehumidifier in the shower room.

The apartment is at 30.33㎡. One of the largest apartment that atinn provide. Everything is well-prepared. The room is beautiful with white-based finish to it with wooden flooring.
The room is well-designed and there is a big open space. The clean-looking kitchen with an induction heating cooker allows you to make meals comfortably from breakfast to dinner and late-night snacks. There is even working space where you can put some kitchen utensils and seasonings, which really is a big point.
The bathroom is separated from the toilet, and the laundry room.
The toilet is a bidet type. If you haven't tried it before, you must try, you'll love it. There are several windows in the room so the sunlight can easily reach into the room. There is a balcony in this room so get some fresh air after work! Also, TV set and sofa are provided for your entertainment.
