For my 1st blog entry, I would like to introduce you to our core services, monthly apartment leasing.

What is monthly apartment?

The term "monthly apartment" is rather self-explanatory, it refers to apartments available for rental use on monthly basis. It is very similar to the concept of "serviced apartment".

Fully furnished from the beginning

If you are looking for mid-long term accommodation, one of the advantages in using monthly apartment is that your apartment will be fully furnished from the very beginning. Basic household necessities such as cooking utensils, washing machine, bed, TV, etc. are already there.

Lifelines, such as gas, electricity and water are ready-to-use upon your check-in and you will be provided with a set of amenities to start your living.

We also have variety of optional rental items such as bicycle and portable Wi-Fi to grade up your stay.

Simplified application and contract structures

Unlike standard apartment lease in Japan, our monthly contracts do not require "Shikikin(Security deposit)",

"Reikin(Key money/Gift money)", guarantor, etc.

Our minimum stay policy is 7 days, whereas standard apartment lease usually request the residents to stay at least 1 year or so.

Rooms are larger than most hotels, and for less budget

Average room sizes for standard business hotels in Japan would be approximately 16㎡~18㎡ whereas our "studio" apartments are about 22㎡~28㎡.

Of course, we have "1-bedroom", "2-bedroom" and larger options for those staying with multiple guests as well.

As for the cost, our daily room charges are usually below average hotel rates and the prices become even less the longer you stay.
