Clastay Kanayama 5 is the biggest Studio apartment atinn has with a 34.43 ㎡ space. It has a wide kitchen with an IH stove and all other equipments necessary for a comfortable stay for one person. This apartment can be also used up to 2 people to save money rather than spending for a hotel. It will cost additional fee for the second person, however, it will be still reasonable than a hotel and surely way bigger in space. It is also equipped with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hangers, extra towels and bedding sheets, TV intercom, shower toilet (washlet) as well as air-conditioner with both cooler and warmer systems. The bathroom is equipped with warmer, cooler as well as laundry dryer system, which makes it possible to dry clothes during cold and rainy seasons.

Building information

Built in 2007 it is one of the closest apartment from Kanayama station with only 3 minutes on foot from it. 9 storey steel made building is located very close from Kanayama station, the 3rd largest station in Nagoya city and only 2 minutes away from AEON shopping mall. It also has auto-lock system, which makes it difficult to enter the building for those who does not have access to it. Also, it is very popular among foreigners who come to Japan for a business trip or long term stay. The proximity from Kanayama station makes it even more attractive, as nearby the station you will find supermarket, drug store, cafes and other places necessary for daily needs. Besides, Kanayama station is connected to 3 major railway lines as JR, Meijo, Meiko and Meitetsu lines, which makes it a very convenient location when using public transportation. Language barriers is always an issue, but not in case of Kanayama area, as you will find many cafes and restaurants with English menus, as well as beauty saloon, clinics and hospitals where you find staff who can speak English.
