It is a 24.18 ㎡ Studio apartment equipped with necessary furniture and appliances enough to spend time without any hassle. It has with a single bed, necessary kitchen utensils for 1 person, toaster, as well as a gas stove with 1 burner. There is a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hangers, extra towels and bedding sheets in the apartment. It also has an air-conditioner with both cooler and warmer systems. This apartment can be used maximum by 2 people at the same time for an additional fee for the second person, and we will provide all necessary items including the second set of keys and Japanese style futon set. It is equipped with late-night electric water heater and internet with WiFi connection with no limited use.

Building Information

Clastay Yokkaichi 5 is located only 5 mins away from Kintetsu Yokkaichi station built-in 2015, relatively new building. It is a 7 story reinforced concrete made building. There is a Suwa park close to it makes this building more attractive for those who prefer to stay close to the park with green trees and flowers. There are a convenient store, bank, post office, different types of restaurant and cafes within 10 minutes distance from it. The location of the building is in both office and residential area, but it is not noisy nearby.
