We opened new apartment named "Klassie Sakae" in Sakae area, downtown of Nagoya city in July.

This apartment is located 6 mins on foot from Sakae station. It is a convenient place.

There are many restaurants, drinking places, and convenience stores around this building, therefore,  you will be able to buy some stuff that you need before reaching there from Sakae station.

Besides, there is the Curry Udon restaurant "Senkichi" at 1st floor. You can easily get the nice meal when you feel hungry and not to cook anything. If it is me living that apartment, I will go there often as it tastes very good:)

I would like to introduce the apartment design detail as well.  

We have 2 types of the apartment. One is with one bedding room, the other is with 2 bedding rooms.

Let me show you the brand new apartment's photos.   

1 bedding room (studio) apartment "Klassie Sakae"

It is the first time that studio apartment has a closet with our "Klassie" building.

*FYI, we own the all apartments at named "Klassie" building.

2 bedding rooms apartment "Klassie Plus Sakae"

*"Plus" at this time is a high standard. We have prepared a 43 inch TV, a 2 seater sofa, 

a dining table set, a coffee maker, and so on.

These ”Plus” apartments are located higher floor so you will be able to enjoy the view from the apartment.

Each apartment has the wifi available.
