It is a 20.34 ㎡ wide Studio apartment, equipped with facilities and necessary items for both short and long term periods. It has late night electric water heater, which makes it difficult to use this apartment by 2 people, as the water is provided daily for one person usage. It has an IH stove, inter phone, vacuum cleaner, air-conditioner with both heater and cooler functions, kitchen utensils, extra towels and bedding sheets, hangers and other items. There is no internet in this apartment, so if you need one we have pocket WiFi as an optional item. Also there is no washing machine so please use coin laundry on the first floor.

Roorent Meieki 2-2 is located only 7 minutes walking distance away from both Nagoya station. It is an 8 storey reinforced concrete made building with an auto-lock system at the entrance, which makes it impossible to enter for non-residents. There are many different cafes and restaurants, convenient stores, post office and book store nearby. Being close to the main and biggest Nagoya station, one will have easy access to different types of restaurants and cafes, Yamada electronic shop, Mitetsu and Takashimaya department stores with many brand shops inside, as well as convenient stores, which are open 24 hours, drug stores, sushi bars and many more. Nagoya station has a good access to many train lines, such as JR line, Meitetsu line, Sakuradori line, Subway Higashiyama line, Kintetsu line and etc. which makes the building location very convenient and easy travel opportunities to move around not only in Nagoya city, but also travel different cities during weekends and holidays.
