Ramen, Gyoza and rice

Have you ever eaten ramen in Japan?
Some ramen shops provide set meals for lunch or dinner as well.

Basically, for set meals, you will get Ramen, Gyoza (potsticker dumplings), beer and rice.

Yes, Ramen, Goyza, and rice, a deluxe combination of carbohydrate!!!!!

I have tried rice with ramen before and it was kinda nice combination when you are eating ramen with super rich flavor and dense soup.Putting rice in the soup after sipping all of the noodles will be a comfort (a new dish of semi-ressoto with ramen flavor!)

But for Gyoza, I was so surprised when I first saw this kind of set meals, as in our country we eat either ramen, Gyoza, or rice for meals, but we never put them all together.
I was talking about this with my Japanese friend yesterday and he looked unbelievable to hear that we never eat Gyoza with rice or ramen.

Anyway, I was forced to try this super combination (rice version) after all and it was DELICIOUS.

I finally understand why Japanese eat these foods together as they are just...meant for each other?
Unlike the Gyoza in Taiwan and China, the Gyoza in Japan tends to have thinner skin, with juicier filling.
They are like side dishes.

Hmm. This told us that never be afraid to try those you haven't.

However, I must say that eating ramen with Gyoza or rice or beer every day
will definitely gain you some weights so be careful!

Wanna try Japanese meals but doesn't know how to make a reservation or need recommendation...?

Hope the above information helps!
